EXPERIENCE William R. Taylor III- Owner With over 38 years of experience in the industry, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the construction process, beginning as an apprentice and advancing to ownership with Steamfitters Local 449. My journey has equipped me with a keen ability to identify potential issues in construction projects long before they manifest, minimizing impacts and ensuring smooth progress. My expertise spans the entire construction lifecycle, from design conception to the final turnover to the end user. As the owner of Tay Industries, I specialize in healthcare projects, providing HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consulting services. My role involves advising and coordinating projects for our clients, ensuring that all aspects are seamlessly integrated and that the highest standards are maintained. My commitment to excellence and vast knowledge make me a valuable partner in any construction endeavor. In summary we are a Construction Consulting company that specializes in MEP. We Provide a much needed service in the property development phases. We work as the owners representative on construction projects. We are 100% minority owned business.
